SHIPPING POLICY

Your Order

Every Rare Spirit product is made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Shipping

Most orders to Canada and the United States arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. International orders generally arrive within 2–4 weeks, while some destinations may take up to 3–6 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays and other circumstances outside of our control.

International tracking may occasionally show little or no activity while your shipment is in transit. If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with our shipping partners.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges determined by your local authorities. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your Rare Spirit order.

Refusing applicable customs charges may result in your shipment being delayed, returned or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority.

Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm your shipping information before placing your order. Rare Spirit cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately and we will attempt to correct it before fulfillment begins.
