Orders & Shipping Policy

Your Order

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 3 business days is required before the order is shipped out.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (PST). 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please note: Tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.


Due to the pandemic, shipping times are out of our control. In most cases the shipping times stated for priority and express levels of shipping are guaranteed, however, by completing the order with us you are acknowledging that once products are shipped, any issues with delayed or lost shipments is the responsibility of the carrier. 

Customs & Duties (US / Int'l)

By completing your order with us, you acknowledge that any duties or customs costs owed once the shipment arrives are your responsibility. You also acknowledge that since this is a cross-border shipment, delayed or lost packages are beyond our control and should be resolved with the appropriate carrier.

Free Shipping Policy (as of Aug 31, 2021)

Orders must meet the condition of $100 minimum (total before tax) or more. No maximum limit spend. Free shipping on ground/economy level shipping only. For expedited, overnight or any service faster than ground/economy shipping will be charged. Promotion applies to shipping service only. You are responsible for customs/additional carrier fees. See above for additional shipping and order policies. 


Pre-order items are subject to a minimum of 1-3 weeks for processing. This includes taking in all completed orders and allowing for the pre-order time window to close. At that time, manufacturers and suppliers will fulfill the order. Please note, orders are subject to manufacturer and supplier availability at that time which may affect total processing times. This is not the responsibility of Rare Spirit Clothing. Processing does not include shipping/delivery. We will notify customers of any manufacturer and supplier delays to the best of our ability. Since each pre-order notes a disclaimer of processing times, by completing the order, the customer agrees to these terms.
